Due to the lack of experience in localizing products for overseas markets and professional marketing knowledge, Sihoo exhibited obvious difficulties upon entering the American market. Developing efficient overall marketing strategies within a limited time to boost sales is the major challenge. After professional research and analysis, we have developed a thorough marketing plan, covering online creative marketing, independent website development, advertising operation optimization, KOL marketing, and website redesign. Within 5 months after the launch of the new product, we achieved a total monthly sales of 1 million US dollars (10 million Chinese yuan) on independent websites in Europe and America.

Lacking experience in overseas marketing, HOOHKI wasn’t satisfied with the unlocalised performance of the webpage on Kickstarter. To maximize the chances of success of the launch of Neomow X on Kickstarter, HOOKII eventually invited the Naturality creative team to redesign the web page. By thorough study of the product and the brand, Naturality decided to revamp the visual style of Neomow X's web page into a modern and sleek sci-fi aesthetic.

The DJI Zenmuse L2 is an expert-class, industry-grade High-Precision Aerial LiDAR System, which its application scenarios surpass that of general consumer-grade products .Explaining the product features in a presentable, understandable way both in story production and visual delivery is the main challenge of this project. We opted for a communication strategy of having the one who understands the product the most do the most effective explanations, inviting the senior marketing executive of DJI to provide clear and concise explanations of the product while showcasing the radar effects and imaging results produced during actual operation.
